Congratulations on completing this unit on autocomplete in Atlas Search.
Now you can use this magic in your applications to enhance the search experience for users.
Let’s recap what we covered.
First, we explored how autocomplete works under the hood.
We learned that the analyzer breaks up a string into tokens.
These tokens are then broken into sub-tokens based on the tokenization strategy, minGrams, and maxGrams.
Once we learned how autocomplete works, we configured an Atlas Search index using the autocomplete field type.
Then, we moved on to creating a search stage that leverages the autocomplete operator.
As part of this, we learned how the tokenOrder option affects our results.
This option accepts one of two string values: any or sequential.
After that, we covered how to boost the score for exact matches by adding additional types to an index and searching across multiple fields with the compound operator.
Finally, we used the keyword analyzer to ensure that our result titles started with the query phrase.
Now that you know how to implement autocomplete with Atlas Search, you might want to check out the units on managing search indexes and analyzers.

Until next time, keep learning!
