Congratulations on completing this unit on advanced queries with Atlas Search.

Let's quickly recap what we covered.

First, you learned about the compound operator and it's various clauses: must, mustNot, filter, and should.

Then, we showed you how to make your queries even more powerful by combining the various clauses in a single compound operator.

We also looked at nesting the compound operator which lets you combine distinct data sets into a single result.

After that, we explored sorting in Atlas Search using the sort option in the $search stage.

You learned that fields must be indexed before sorting, and that strings must be indexed as token types.

We also covered how to set the sort order as one for ascending or minus one for descending.

We then turned to a valuable tool in Atlas Search: fuzzy search.

Enabling this option helps account for human errors, like typos in search terms, and ensures results are still relevant.

Now that you know some advanced features of Atlas Search, you might want to check out our units on analyzers and autocomplete.

Until next time. Keep learning!
