Training Order Terms
The following terms apply to MongoDB’s Training Subscription, which grants individuals access to an unlimited number of public training courses within the subscription period, as well as the ability to schedule private training sessions. All other training purchases are governed by the terms outlined in the applicable customer Order Form, with precedence given to the Order Form in the event of a conflict.Subscription entitles one individual to attend an unlimited number of public training courses from MongoDB’s training catalog (“Public Training”) within the subscription period. You must register in advance for each Public Training.
You may also request private training sessions for courses from MongoDB’s training catalog (“Private Training”) by emailing training@mongodb.com. MongoDB will work with you to schedule the requested Private Training at a mutually agreed upon date and time during business hours in the time zone of your location, subject to MongoDB availability and attendance requirements. Customer and MongoDB will agree in advance whether the Private Training will be delivered remotely or on site. MongoDB will work with you to schedule the requested Private Training.
Registered attendees are the only people who may attend training and may not share this Subscription, any training or course materials with anyone else.
If a registered attendee is unable to attend the Public Training or you need to reschedule or cancel a Private Training, you must contact MongoDB at least 14 business days before the start of the training by emailing training@mongodb.com. MongoDB may terminate your Training: Subscription if you request such a change with less than 14 business days’ notice on three separate occasions.
MongoDB reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or substitute any training. MongoDB will endeavor to provide at least 14 business days’ notice prior to the date of the training and will work with you to reschedule the training.
Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement to the contrary, we may engage qualified subcontractors to provide the training, and we are responsible for any subcontractor’s compliance with this Agreement.
