Learning Guide
Now that you're registered for MongoDB Instructor-led Training, it's time to prepare for your course! Here's everything you need to know to properly set up your device ahead of your session.
Upon course registration, you'll receive meeting instructions along with calendar invites via email. Reminder emails will also be sent leading up to the course.

Make sure you have access to the following tools:
- Zoom – For live sessions; check audio/video and updates.
- Instruqt – Hands-on labs via Instruqt; please run a Connectivity Test before the course.
Access your dashboard via the ‘Sign In’ or ‘My Dashboard’ link at the top right of any page. From there, you can create or use an existing MongoDB account.
Upcoming Instructor-Led Training sessions will show on your dashboard under ‘Events’. You can access course content 3 working days before the start date.
Once in a course, use the left hand side navigation bar to find the meeting link for your training session.
The 'Join Now' button will become available shortly before the session starts
During your course, we encourage you to turn your camera on, engage with the instructor, and ask questions. This will help create a more interactive experience and support better learning outcomes.
You'll receive a digital badge via Credly and an Attendance Certificate via Thought Industries. Please fill out our Course Satisfaction Survey on the last training day to receive them.
Credly Badges & Attendance Certificates
Credly Badges will appear on your Learner Dashboard upon completing the Course Satisfaction Survey.
- Click 'View Badge' to accept it on Credly’s Acclaim Platform, where you can share and download your badge.
- You can also download a PDF completion certificate from Credly's Acclaim Platform, as shown below.
